MMA Strength and Conditioning Sessions
Training sessions are one-on-one and tailor made to suit your combat needs (pre and/or post fight). Pre-fight preparation needs to have other training coaches involved so we can train the tactics of the game plan!
- Sessions take place at the SVPT private studio.
(Session times vary based on client’s needs, goals and fitness level - 30 to 45 minutes)
- ALL of the training session packages include a nutritional plan and coaching for making weight.
- 12 weeks of preparation is preferred for all fights. However, preparation can be done in 8 weeks or if last minute, 4 weeks.

Custom MMA Strength and Conditioning Program
Strength and conditioning program based on your combative needs and goals. Programming is done based on whether you are pre-fight (and how far out you are from your fight) or post-fight. Programs will be tailored based on your GAME PLAN so you can train the tactics you require and also build a never-ending gas tank! Long distance coaching is also available.
Custom Athletic Nutritional Plan
Custom designed nutritional plan to help you perform at the highest level through your multiple training sessions per day. Plans can also be tailored for gradual weight cutting and/or weight maintenance. Nutrition is probably the most important part of your athletic and combative endeavors. Without proper fuel, the machine won’t run! Long distance coaching is also available.
Monitoring/Tracking (Nutritional and/or Training Program)
This is a perfect addition for long distance MMA athletes, to go with your nutritional plan and/or your new training program! Weekly monitoring and necessary adjustments ensure you stay on track and achieve your goals and/or reach peak athletic performance. We will communicate via phone, fax or email 1-2 times a week (or as needed) to discuss your progress and make sure you are progressing. (Monthly monitoring/tracking does not include one-on-one personal training sessions).
