Monitoring/Tracking (Nutritional
and/or Training Program)
This is a perfect addition to go with your nutritional plan and/or
your new training program! Weekly monitoring and necessary adjustments
ensure you stay on track and achieve your goals. We will communicate
via phone, fax or email 1-2 times a week (or as needed) to discuss
your progress and make sure you are happy with your program. This
also includes any necessary tracking that you desire such as body
fat analysis, pictures and/or measurements. This service is basically
a complete support system - I am there for support, motivation,
guidance and education. (Monthly monitoring/tracking
does not include one-on-one personal training sessions, however
Monitoring/Tracking clients receive a special one-on-one training
rate.)
Body Composition Analysis
Using near-infrared technology, I can analyze your body composition
with my FUTREX 5000/XL.
This machine will tell you your body fat percentage, lean muscle
mass, fat weight and water weight. It is a good tool to track progress,
especially for those who dislike the scale. Please refer to www.futrex.com

service is included in monthly tracking/monitoring and with the
purchase of one-on-one personal training packages.)
