Custom Nutritional Plan

We design a nutritional strategy (not a diet!) around your fitness or lifestyle goals. Whether it is to lose weight or to just change eating habits/lifestyle, or to enhance athletic performance, the plan will be customized to your individual preferences and NEEDS so you can achieve your goals without feeling deprived. The plan includes a sample menu, recipes, and lifestyle recommendations. Most importantly, we include educational literature to TEACH you how to eat properly and make better choices, and the ‘whys’. Not only is this a plan, it is a whole LEARNING experience!

Please note: that I am not a registered dietician. However, through my certifications, mentoring and experience, I consider myself to be extremely knowledgeable in teaching people how to eat properly for fitness goals, and more importantly, improved health and wellness.
