Custom Nutritional Plan
I design a nutritional strategy (not a diet!) around your fitness
or lifestyle goals. Whether it is to lose weight or to just change
eating habits/lifestyle, the plan will be customized to your individual
preferences so you can achieve your goals without feeling deprived.
The plan is very comprehensive and includes a sample menu, recipes,
and lifestyle recommendations. Most importantly, I include educational
literature to TEACH
you how to eat properly and make better choices, and the ‘whys’.
Not only is this a plan, it is a whole LEARNING
experience! Also included in the plan are any necessary changes
or adjustments to ensure that you reach your goals. Every person
is different, therefore, I do not know what will happen on the plan,
your feedback will tell me what needs to be adjusted so the plan
can work WITH your
body, not against it.
Please note that I am not a registered
dietician. However, through my certifications, mentoring and experience,
I consider myself to be extremely knowledgeable in teaching people
how to eat properly for fitness goals, and more importantly, improved
health and wellness.
