Monthly Personal Training Package

This package is perfect for the person who has a scheduled life or needs strict routine to be able to achieve goals. We meet 12 or 16 times a month, at pre-determined times (i.e. Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 7:00 a.m.). Appointments are made at the beginning of each month to ensure you get the training time you desire. PLEASE NOTE: Once appointments are made, if you are unable to make it, you lose that appointment. You are only entitled to the 12 or 16 sessions per month, if you do not reach 12 or 16 sessions by the end of the month, it does not carry over to the next month. Payment is due on the 1st of every month. (This package is cheaper than the more flexible 12 or 16 session package above, because you are making ALL appointments at once and RISK losing those sessions if you miss them!)

ALL of the above training session packages include the following: fitness assessment, training program design, nutritional plan (if desired), body fat analysis and tracking/monitoring of progress (i.e. weekly weigh-ins, measurements or pictures)

If you are working with a SVPT elite trainer, Shara Vigeant still personally oversees all programs and progress.

Health and Wellness Headstart

This includes a consultation (with body fat analysis, if desired) to assess your current condition and desired goals, a custom nutritional plan and custom training program with complete exercise demonstration of the entire program. You will also receive a CD with exercise demonstration clips for future reference, to check your form! (Please refer to the details of Nutritional Plan and Custom Training Program for comprehensive details of each.)
