Monthly Personal Training Package
This package is perfect for the person who has a scheduled life
or needs routine to be able to achieve goals. We meet 12 times a
month, at pre-determined times
(i.e. Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 7:00 a.m.). Appointments are
made at the beginning of each month to ensure you get the training
time you desire. Fine Print:
Once appointments are made, if you are
unable to make it, you lose that appointment. You are only entitled
to 12 sessions per month, if you do not reach 12 sessions by the
end of the month, it does not carry over to the next month. Payment
is due on the 1st of every month - post-dated cheques preferred.
ALL of the above training session
packages include the following:
fitness assessment, training program design, nutritional plan (if
desired), body fat analysis and tracking/monitoring of progress
(i.e. weekly weigh-ins, measurements or pictures)
Health and Wellness Headstart
This includes a consultation (with body fat analysis, if desired)
to assess your current condition and desired goals, a nutritional
plan, and training program with complete
exercise demonstration. (The exercise demonstration
involves us going through your entire
program, to make sure you know how to do the exercises
correctly and address any questions). (Please refer to the details
of Nutritional Plan and Training Program for comprehensive details
of each.)
