I contacted Shara
shortly after I finished my first bodybuilding competition.
Prior to my contest preparation I was in good cardiovascular
condition, however, after two years of bulking I lost the
majority of my athleticism. I was looking for a program that
would focus on conditioning and functionality while still
being able to gain muscle mass, and that's exactly what I
received. After meeting with Shara she designed a Hybrid Program
coupled with a MET circuit. I've been doing the Hybrid/MET
for 16 weeks now, and I've never felt better.
From the first time I met Shara I knew I was getting an excellent

and most important she is very enthusiastic about training.

I have been training
under Shara for 1.5 years. Shara designs nutritional and training
programs specifically for my goals. Her programs have enabled
me to achieve incredible results by setting realistic goals

Shara’s Comments on Suzanne: When I lived in Fort Nelson, I used to go
to be the fat kid who would go to the gym by myself in hopes
of someday becoming fit and healthy. When I would see Suzanne
in the gym, I was in awe. I ALWAYS wanted to be in her condition
and I would look up to and say, “I want to look like
her one day”. But the best thing about Suzanne is not
only her physique, but also her humble personality and her
always-positive outlook on life. Suzanne has the ‘package’.
She is a caring, humble, kind-hearted, ambitious person who
has been an absolute joy to work with. Her work ethic is unmatched
and her passion for health and wellness makes her fun to work
with. Suzanne should be an inspiration for all middle-aged
women out there. She does this for all the RIGHT reasons,

After having my son
I was devastated at the condition of my body. I had always
been small and never had to work really hard to stay that
way. Four months post partum I still had only lost 10 ponds
so a couple months later I contacted Shara for help. Shara
designed a meal plan for me that really suited my eating habits
and tailored to my likes and dislikes. By following the diet
plan and an exercising regularly, I was able to get back to
my pre-pregnancy weight.
Shara gave me the extra push and motivation to move forward

I never thought in
a million years that I could accomplish and lose 37 pounds
in one year and actually keep it off. I have tried every fad
diet and lost the weight but always gained it back and usually
more. Shara was my motivation and inspiration which helped
me keep on track and feel good in what I was accomplishing.
She taught me how to eat properly, taught me about carbs,
protein, and fat intake, and how many times a day I should
be eating. After losing some weight Shara put me on an exercise
program that suited me, and which I was able to perform in
the comfort of my home.

I saw Shara’s
website approximately a year prior to making the call. My
boyfriend just left for Afghanistan and I needed to get out
of my depression and what better way than working out and
taking care of me!
Following Shara’s eating and workout plan I was able
to lose 25 pounds! I started with her at the end of November
06 with 38% body fat and at the end of February 07 I was down
to 23% with an increase of 10% more lean muscle. I worked
out with Shara 3 times a week and did other sports twice a
week.
Shara was and still is my motivational tool. Now I know how
and what to eat and with her training program, I was able
to take it home and use it.
I thank her from the bottom of my heart for her positive
feedback during and after our workouts. My self esteem level
has never been better. I sincerely recommend anyone who is
interested in losing a few pounds or just wanting to learn
some new workouts, give her a call.
What can I say except every time I look in the mirror I see
the results I was looking for.
Shara’s comments on Lynne: Lynne was the epitome of what I look for
in a client. She came in to each of our session, and trained
balls to the wall every time. She made no excuses. Her work
ethic was and is unmatched. She understood that it takes patience
and hard work to get results - REAL results. I used MET (Metabolic
Enhancement Training) with Lynne and I saw improvements in
stability, speed, speed, conditioning, flexibility and agility
WEEKLY. MET is damn hard, but it takes hard work to get real

been fantastic! We all know we should be exercising and watching
our diet, but under Shara's guidance, it has become a way
of life for me. She worked the program to fit MY life. For

Having my children had taken
a toll on my body and I enlisted the expertise of personal
trainer Shara Vigeant to help me get back into shape and make
a life change. Since it can be sometimes difficult to travel
to with children to appointments Shara offered to meet me
at my home to discuss the goals I wanted to achieve and what
was realistic and appropriate for my lifestyle and me. This
was very convenient for me and my schedule and showed she
was committed to her clients.
In our discussion about forming a workout plan and diet,
Shara was very knowledgeable in areas of exercise and diet.
Because of a past back injury I had some concerns about possible
re-injury. However, Shara was very considerate of this when
planning an exercise or introducing new ones. She explained
things very clearly and was very happy to answer all of my
questions and address my concerns. Her confidence and obvious
expertise made me feel very confident that she would help
me attain my goals and that we would do it together as a team.
Shara always made me feel comfortable and it was easy and
pleasant to build a relationship with her. She would always
help to push and encourage me during our workouts even when
I didn't think I could do another rep. Her encouragement helped
me to lose over 20 pounds and I continue to follow her exercise
plans and diet advice. I am almost at my goal weight and I
will say that I don't believe I would be here if it weren't
for her. |
